We are growing and adding to our amazing TA team! The Manager of BCBA Talent Acquisition (TA) will be responsible for sourcing and hiring compassionate and mission driven individuals that will support our mission, values and goals.
At Blue Balloon, we are dedicated to providing exceptional services for those diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and their families.
Responsibility
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders across the business such as Clinical Directors and Executive leadership to determine talent needs.
- Full cycle souring and recruitment for clinical and administrative positions such as Clinical BCBA Directors, Senior BCBAs, BCBAs, director/managerial/ senior leadership roles and administrative support staff.
- Develop strategies to market and expand brand awareness of our talent opportunities.
- Hire, mentor, coach and supervise BCBA recruiters.
- Offer exceptional client service and function as an advisor on the talent acquisition process.
- Organize and lead hiring kick off’s, interview pre-briefs and post-interview debriefs with the interview teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve our ways of working focused on efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop search strategies to recruit a diverse slate of candidates through job boards, employee referrals, professional networking, local advertising, and social networks leveraging talent platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake and other sourcing tools to engage with prospective talent.
- Reach or exceed performance benchmarks & goals (hires, feedback, etc.)
Requirement
- At least three years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner/Recruiter with at least 1 year demonstrated experience hiring BCBAs and Clinical Leadership roles.
- Demonstrated experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, internet search tools and social networking to find and attract top talent.
- Track record of filling ‘difficult to fill’ roles that require using heavy pipelining, relationship building and/or nontraditional recruiting sources.
- A consultative approach to partnering and collaborating with HR and Hiring Leaders.
- Strong problem solving, influencing, negotiating and partnership skills required.
- Proven track record with balancing priorities, delivering to timelines and managing a requisition workload.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, relevant experience accepted in lieu of degree.
This role is 100% remote. Candidates will be required to work core office hours of 8:30a-5:00p or 9:00a-5:30p (depending on location). Candidates should live in one of the following states: North Carolina, Maryland, New Jersey, Texas, Florida, Illinois, Missouri, Arizona.
